Our sourdough breads and sweet & savoury pastries are made on-site daily by head baker Cian Mooney. After enriching his craft at Tivoli Road Bakery, Australia, Cian co-founded Magpie with Enda McEvoy and Sinead Meacle, the team behind both Éan and the Michelin-starred Loam.

Located between Outset Gallery and Charlie Byrne’s Bookstore, we’re lucky to be part of the freshest community in Galway, the Cornstore mall.

We also serve specialty seasonal coffee from Galway roastery Calendar, so come visit our nook, have a coffee & treat, and enjoy a wander through our musical city.

We want to work with people we like. We source our ingredients from friends and like-minded peers who provide our high-quality, organic local produce. We believe in supporting local business and in operating our own in an ethical and sustainable way
